Very interesting! I think ADHD for goblins is a good fit, going nicely with the D&D idea of them as generally Chaotic as opposed to the more Lawful kobolds.

I do enjoy some worldbuilding! Just so you know, guinea pigs are essentially herd animals. Perhaps there are "guinea boys" who marshal them about.
